A deposit Payment of £20 is required to reserve your items
full payment is needed before we make your order - we will email you for this in due time
if you cannot pay the full amount by the time we are due to make your products you will lose your deposit
if we cannot make your item for whatever reason, you will have your £20 deposit refunded via a credit note.
